1. Product and Process

  • Junction box drawing, sample photos, or 3D model if available.
  • Three-piece, integrated, or custom junction box structure.
  • Diode type: modular diode, cylindrical diode, or other design.
  • Assembly process: riveting, resistance welding, soldering, or mixed process.

2. Cable and Connector

  • Cable length range and cable specification.
  • Connector type, terminal type, and crimping requirements.
  • Stripping length, screwing requirement, and cable presentation requirement.
  • Need for clipping, knotting, coiling, or final cable arrangement modules.

3. Capacity and Layout

  • Target output: under 1000, 1000-1200, 1200-2000, or above 2000 pcs/hour.
  • Available floor space and preferred line direction.
  • Factory voltage, air supply, and utility constraints.
  • Expected number of operators and shift plan.

4. Quality and Documentation

  • Required CCD inspection, diode testing, laser marking, sorting, and data output.
  • Destination market and buyer audit requirements.
  • CE documents, UL component records where applicable, electrical drawings, pneumatic diagrams, manuals, and packing files.
  • Factory acceptance test expectations and video/photo evidence requirements.
